Do not use the Shark CryoGlow Mask if you are taking Medication or supplements that cause sensitivity to light (photosensitivity), for example, medications for severe inflammatory acne (i.e. isotretinoin or doxycycline). Immediately stop using the device if you experience any discomfort.

1. Charge the device using the USB-C charging cable. 2. Cleanse your face and apply a thin layer of conductive gel. 3. Place the mask on your face and secure it with the clip-on chill pads. 4. Select the desired treatment mode using the remote control (Better Aging, Blemish Repair, or Skin Sustain). 5. Follow the pre-programmed treatment duration for the selected mode (6 minutes for Better Aging, 8 minutes for Blemish Repair, or 4 minutes for Skin Sustain). 6. For under-eye cooling, adjust the temperature using the remote control and apply the chill pads to the under-eye area for 5-15 minutes. 7. Remove the mask and chill pads after the treatment is complete. 8. Rinse off any remaining gel and moisturize your face. Repeat the process daily for optimal results.
